i have been asked by many for a statement after dedicating my song "declare independence" to both kosovo and tibet ( amongst others ) on different occasions.
i would like to put importance on that i am not a politician, i am first and last a musician and as such i feel my duty to try to express the whole range of human emotions. the urge for declaring independence is just one of them but an important one that we all feel at some times in our lives. this song was written more with the personal in mind but the fact that it has translated to its broadest meaning, the struggle of a suppressed nation, gives me much pleasure . i would like to wish all individuals and nations good luck in their battle for independence. justice ! warmth , björk. Last Updated Thursday, 10 January, 2008 The latest designer electing to create a film to showcase his fashion collection, Bernhard Willhelm will be in the studio on Sunday 13th and Monday 14th January 2008 with Nick Knight, creating a movie to be previewed at the Menswear shows in Paris on the 20th of this month. Of course, we can't say too much about the collection, but Bernhard has supplied us with the working title "Men in Tights" so you can draw your own conclusions and tune in from 11:30 to get a load of the nylon and lycra action on set!

August 03 Let's go see Brett Anderson今日同Laughy响麦叔屋企坐既时候经距提起，先发现，离去睇Brett哥演唱会既时间好近了，YEAH！ It's been ages since my last gig experience! 今次Brett哥8月14号响HKCEC Hall将会举行距世界巡回既其中一站。有幸经Julian指导，及时扑左3张靓飞同Laughy同贱贱一起去睇。难得既经验for all of us altogether!
介绍下Brett先，全名Brett Lewis Anderson，出生于1967年9月29号，系一位英伦singer加songwriter，更系前组合Suede既主音。Suede之后，距组左一支band：The Tears。与此同时，Brett近期仲出左张solo同名debut碟添.
Brett出生于英国西Sussex既Haywards Heath（离伦敦好近噶）。在青少年期，Brett曾为garage band ThePigs and Geoff 做吉他手，乐团仲有之后成为Suede bass手既Mat Osman. 1980年代末期，Brett同距女友Justine Frischman同Mat组左Suede，好快就响NME上广告招募左吉他手Bernard Butler（响Suede中期期单飞左，系一位talented音乐人，不过听讲太自我为中心，每次排练都要来一大段solo，大家接受唔到！）。响1991年，得到前Smiths鼓手Mike Joyce既帮助，Simon Gilbert加入，成为Suede既正式打手。于此同时，Brett女友Justine为左同Blur主音Damon Albarn一起，离开左Brett哥。或多或少，开始左90年代Britpop竞争期。Justine当时不但止踏两条船，仲冇好好排练，所以被踢出局。不过距都唔执输，组左Elastica（当期都几把炮既一支野）。
虽然Suede仲未正式出碟，但系Brett哥既中性Style（androgynous style）同欲盖弥彰既性取向“宣言”早已在各大音乐媒体引起左争论。1993年，Suede上各大英国榜No.1既位置。揉合左Morrissey既同爱姿体，David Bowie既glam戏剧性，Brett哥在英国获得空前成功。然而，在大洋彼岸，Suede未能冲出Nirvana同Pearl Jam激发既Grunge风暴，沉左船。更惨既系，米国经已有支酒吧乐队叫Suede,所以，距地不得不改名叫 The London Suede. 1994年，当录制第二张专辑Dog Man Star（最高去到英国榜第三位），Bernard离开做Suede，当时引起左大家既恐慌，担心Suede会集散。但系，Suede继续努力，响1996年创造左另一个高潮Coming Up。
Coming Up亦都系Suede响Britpop史上既最后高潮，家因Brett哥既毒瘾问题为band队造成左致命打击。1999年，band对继续推出专辑Head Music，继续成为英国榜首，但系，之后响2002年出既A New Morning就成为左高台跳水。2003年，Suede正式解散。
Brett哥曾经被评为："...ridiculous. It’s like Machiavelli rewritingFear and Loathing in Las Vegas. It involves a cast of thousands. It should star Charlton Heston... it’s like a pram that’s just been pushed down a hill. It’s always been fiery and tempestuous and really on the edge and it never stops. I don’t think it ever will.”
Brett 都有同好多音乐人合作过，比如 Stina Nordenstam(曾经几中意，不过越听越想训），距做guest vocals, 大家可以响 This is Stina Nordenstam张碟度听到； 1995同Jane Birkin玩双飞，收录响1998年既Birkin's Best Of Album. 距仲有做善事噶，响Children In Need既慈善大碟入边唱左句：“You're going to reap just what you sow".
2004年，Brett同之前吉他手Bernard冰释前嫌之后，组成左The Tears，仲推出左关键既处女大碟Here Comes The Tears, 由Bernard自己制作，大部分都系响屋企录制嘎。
2005年，Brett哥出柜了，同大家交代翻，其实，距系双性恋，但系从来未有过同性性经验。甘大家都唔使古古下点解距甘风骚啦！
2007年3月26号上市，Brett哥发布左距单人大碟，总共11首歌。主打歌Love Is Dead第一个星期上到英榜42位，但第二个星期就跌到去54了，shame！
最近，Brett哥都冇偷懒，帮Aquascutum既2007秋冬做广告，7月上画，我都仲未睇添。
希望Brett哥继续努力，继续将风骚发扬广大！！
   Brett同Bernard  Justine同距既Elastica    Aquascutum, Autumn/Winter 07, modelled by Brett Anderson     July 29 坐车每日都有至少3粒钟响交通工具上度过，拥挤既巴士，冷气吾够既的士，老豆既校车，越来越逼既地铁，， 睇书会头晕，所以我会边听歌边观察身边既人，马路上既事，广州既转变，念野。今日既主题系坐巴士好定私家车好呢？
坐巴士，基本上都会人痴人，脚踩脚，同啊爸啊妈，男女朋友，老公老婆都未试过甘亲近。但系，，一部巴士可以坐成100个人，即100个人为左私欲先产生左一部车既废气同噪音，使用左一部车既能量。然而，一部私家车，最多先坐左6个人。推断投入产出比，系巴士大好多。最紧要，巴士环保好多。交通运输系冇可避免噶啦，所以，用最少既资源令更多人到达目的地，并且产少相对少既污染（讲污染少当然系地铁好点），大家尽量都系少坐私家车啦！
本人虽然有驾照，但系，非常吾中意抓车，本身日日辛劳工作，收工时仲要晒多精力抓车？！斋抓车冇野啊，要注意其他车辆，人，公物，，，好大责任噶！至紧要驾驶文明，平时行路都差唔多比激死，我真系念都吾想念，呢个系第个话题，anyways，我对抓车讲nonono！
综上所述，大家多坐公共交通工具，少坐的士私家车，自己都吾好买部来抓啦！
